EASY MoAb^® Kit

EASY MoAb^® Kit  is an innovative reagent ideal for a rapid and accurate evaluation of  T cell assessment in HIV affected subjects.  Patients with AIDS exhibit T cell lymphopenia, a loss of CD4+ lymphocytes and a relative increase in the CD8+ cells. The determination of these two subsets  supplies in few time a precise view of the patient immunological status.

 

This is assured thanks to single vials containing antibody dehydrated at the bottom and a very innovative sample preparation protocol known as “NO LYSE NO WASH”. 

The dehydration process has been stabilised using a patented procedure in order to stand up to high temperature (up to 4 weeks at 45°C) without any loss of specificity or fluorescence.

In addition, the storage of the anhydrous antibody at 2-8°C ensures a shelf life of several years (>8 years).

 

 

EASY MoAb^® Kit  can be supplied with anti-CD4 or anti-CD8 antibodies.

The kit contains 100 test tubes with the monoclonal antibody FITC conjugated adsorbed at the bottom of the tube and a dilution buffer.

The blood sample is added directly at the bottom of the vial. Before cell measurements, blood is diluted with an hypotonic buffer solution. A flow cytometer equipped with 488 nm laser with an analysis data software and a volumetric counting device is necessary.
